4 - After Meditating

These are very short chapters aren’t they? We are laughing. This is not a Grand Treatise. This is a simple breakdown of what you can do, what we offer you. A breakdown of steps. ..

Chapter Four is actually related to what you do after your meditation not during it.


When you have completed your experience, it is often helpful to jot down a few words while you are still in that space. Another thing you can do is a little drawing or some expression. Simple though it may seem, it can have a very profound effect later and, if you do have this done in a linear order, you will see not just a pattern of your experiences, but you will find your experience and your life will melt together and be one and the same. This is what, this is how rather, you have your own God. Your best and highest most connected self, helps you in your life. But a word of caution. This must be gentle, slow, simple. Just a thought or symbol or color that comes to you after meditating, which can be quite a short meditation by the way. But do not feel the need to jump into action. That is not the purpose here. It is essentially discovery.


Discovering who you are, discovering gifts that you may have that you do not know about, this begins in whispers not shouts.


Again, you really have to do this if you want to get where you want to go. Let me rephrase that, because you truly don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do. We are merely offering you suggestions, though of course - smiling - they are beautiful suggestions - smiling - and you probably would want to take them - laughing.
